- Some of us abstain from gluten simply BECAUSE we feel like crap after eating/being exposed to it.
- There are usually other food sensitivities that accompany gluten intolerance; the primary one being dairy.
- There are a million different things we can and do eat.
- Preplanning our meals is a requirement.
