A lot of people spend all of their time and energy on the training aspect of their fitness, but what is often neglected is RECOVERY.
Training at high intensities, high volumes and/or high weights places large demands on your body.
Around here, "Recovery" does not mean that you are weak, or wimping out.
Quite the contrary. Recovery requires your ACTIVE PARTICIPATION.
The backbone of reaping gainz in your performance and aesthetics are remaining anabolic, mobile and flexible, despite the catabolic processes and tightness incurred by training.

A Recovery Program integrates the tactics and strategies to prepare your body for the next training session/event by keeping you flexible and mobile, cleaning up and flushing out the byproducts of metabolism, and facilitating the clearance of cortisol and adrenergic receptors.
All of our athletes have a DEDICATED Recovery Program. It is built into their Training Programs with each and every workout; and for my heavy trainers, they also have a dedicated Mobility Day.
