It’s Never Too Late To Chart A New Course

I can’t tell you how many people are astounded to learn that it’s never too late to chart a new course.

When it comes to your health and fitness, you can always make a fresh start from right where you are, no matter how old you are.

Here’s The Good News:  The Body Doesn’t Operate On A Beaucratic Timeclock; it merely honors generalities when it comes to time.

Today, everyone is all about “beta testing” and utilizing analytics to predict probabilities and/or outcome.  Coming from the Medical Field, we use similar concepts:  Scientific Method and Evidence-Based Data.

I’m bringing that up, because I know first hand how easy it is to get immersed in the numbers and data.  It’s a part of me, too.

But I’m here to tell ya:  The Human Body Is A Masterpiece DESIGNED to grow, adapt, develop and improve throughout the lifespan.

It’s a fact.

I don’t care what your doctor told you.

I don’t care what your parents told you.

I don’t even care what the fireman down the street told you.

Human Beings are made to consistently improve themselves.

It happens without our even thinking about it.  Our body’s making new cells, new hormones, new enzymes...for our whole entire life!  If change and progress is happening on the cellular level, what makes you think that you’re stuck where you are?

It’s sounds funny when you put it in those terms, and that’s why I do it.

Whether growth and development IN ANY AREA is something that we do intentionally OR something that happens on a cellular level without our thinking about it, IT’S NEVER TOO LATE TO CHART A NEW COURSE.

Get out there and Carpe Your Diem!
