Breaking The Chains Of Sugar Addiction: Part III

Welcome back to the final installment of our 3-Part Series on "Breaking The Chains Of Sugar Addiction."

My hope is that with this series, you and your Clients are empowered to take on and Slay The Beast of Sugar Addiction.  I hope that our Coaching Methodologies bring peace to your inner chaos.  I hope that they assist you in stepping up to a higher Vantage Pointe, and allow you to view your situation through the lens of clarity where you are able to make all of your decisions from that place of peace and ultimately power.

If you've stumbled upon this post without the proper context of where and with whom to apply what we're talking about, you might be quick to make a snap judgement and say something like, "You healthy people need to get real.  Life is short-eat the damn cookie."

For you, I would invite you to further explore the pain point of sugar addiction for men and women, and why we decided to publish this as a free offering.

We have arrived at perhaps the most important and underleveraged component of this entire training.  That is:  The Human Psyche.

We're dipping our toes into the waters of "The Brain's Aversion To Restriction,"  and specifically detail how-to work with your brain's Natural Design, and outsmarting your brain’s aversion to restriction.

IDK abt you, but any time someone tells me I CAN’T have or do something, the more I think about it and want it.

Does that happen to you, too?

By what I call “Coaching In The Positive,” meaning telling what TO do and what to ADD, (rather than telling you what NOT to do and what you CAN’T have) you’re consciously and subconsciously working with the natural design of how your brain works.

You see, there's two driving forces behind human behavior.  One is the pursuit of pleasure, the other is the avoidance of pain.

While pain is the strongest motivator for change, it is the pursuit of pleasure which ultimately sinks its hooks in to get what we WANT.

That is to say, our brains naturally seek reward and acquisition.  Restriction is a LEARNED behavior.  (Now hear me out:  I am fully aware of the mathematical equation for changing body composition and fat release of "energy in" vs "energy out."  That's not what I'm talking about here.)

By training yourself/your Client with the Coaching In the Positive Cue of “Add Before You Subtract,” we work in flow with the natural hardwiring system of your brain for reward and acquisition, by leveraging HOW that hardwiring system actually works on the subconscious level.  (Whoa is right!)

It’s subtle, and some people roll their eyes.  But I really don't care.  That's the power of the subconscious mind and in my experience, small changes practiced regularly over the course of time make a huge difference in determining where you finish.

It falls in line with the Laws of Cumulative and Compound Effects:  The results are exponential.

This leads us into a GIANT subject, The Power Of Th3e Subconscious Mind," which is one we devote an entire Coaching Course to.

You certainly have enough tools to get you started.

If there's anything I can do to be of service to you, your team, or agency, I gladly work collaboratively with other Coaches, Trainers, Medical Practitioners, and Wellness Advocates.

I can train you/your Team on our Coaching Methodologies and/or come in as a Specialist to assist your Clients in their transformation whilst you maintain them on your roster and control of their overall course and trajectory.  CLICK HERE TO CONTACT ME and let's open our discussions on how we can serve our people better.
