Consider It Done

There’s a transition that’s got to occur in your mind when embarking on a new journey.

And that transition is moving your mind from the “What if’s” or “I can’t's” or “I’ll never be able to's...”  into a state of CERTAINTY.  Certainty as in:  This is a Done Deal.

It’s putting your mind (and all of the awesome energy you’re shooting out with it!) into such a high degree of FOCUS, that YOU DON’T EVEN SEE THE OBSTACLES.

It’s picturing yourself AT THE FINISH LINE-before you’ve arrived-so that every decision that you make, and every action that you take is executed with a high degree of certainty bc you KNOW victory is inevitable—you can see it-CLEAR AS DAY in your mind!

Here’s some Iron vs Iron Coaching:  We can spend all day sitting around, tryin to figure out why you feel insecure or are plagued with doubt.

Believe you me-I firmly believe there’s a time and a place for healing (I am an RN after all).  But when you’re attacking your goals-you can’t afford to be up in your feels.

Here’s the AWESOME reality:  Your Goals don’t care about your feelings.

And I say it’s AWESOME, because Goals Are A Neutral Powerhouse of Potential Energy.  Feelings don't affect them.

You know what does?  ACTION.  Those goals sit neutral until you light a fire under them and move them from potential to KINETIC ENERGY.

Where you are today may be GALAXIES away from where you want to be.

And it’s easy to let your mind do what it does best (which is overthink) and keep you drowning in feelings of overwhelm and disappointment.

Guess What?  Left unchecked, those feelings become like a frickin tumor taking over your whole entire head.

So take out your handy dandy mental scalpel and cut that frickin tumor out!

Move your mind to the finish line, and consider “the thing” done.
Make It A Great Day!
