Youre gonna have a hard time winning at anything if you first and foremost don't demand it.
This starts with you LONG BEFORE you see any evidence of it.
It starts with you expecting certain things from yourself and that come hell or high water-you're gonna follow through until it's done.

How do you do this, when you're the only one who sees your goal?
