Whatever the situation, when you train the same, you stay the same.  It's up to you to challenge yourself.  But let's face it, we all have days when the motivation is a little lackluster, or we're simply bored with our routine.   

I'm here to tell you, you can still get explosive results from each and every training session WITHOUT an entire routine overhaul or 5 scoops of preworkout. 

Everything Comes Back To You And Your Goals.

You have to have VERY CLEARLY DEFINED GOALS LONG TERM AND FOR EACH AND EVERY TRAINING SESSION.

Get your mind focused before you begin and ask yourself, “What am I working today?”

Is it a specific body part?

Is it detail work ON a specific body part?

Is it explosivity?

Is it mobility?

Is it a breathing pattern?

Is it follow through?  Form?  Intensity?

Having that specific of a goal may at first sound ridiculous, but being THAT FOCUSED and THAT INTENTIONAL keeps you engaged for each rep, each step, each throw, etc.

It keeps your mind percolated in anticipation of what you can achieve; and rather than just go through the motions or do the activity so you can put a little check mark on your to-do list, you begin to CRUSH YOUR WORKOUTS AND AUTOMATICALLY PROGRESS TO THE NEXT LEVEL fully inspired, fully energized and fully confident in your abilities.
