If I had a Benji for every time I had an athlete come to me saying that they've "tried everything" and no matter what they do, they've hit an aesthetic/athletic plateau and can't bust it; I'd be having my pool boy Raul write this while I basked in the sun.

And every time I consult said athlete, I ALWAYS find holes in their nutrition/hydration program and more often than not, absent Recovery Strategies.
They are always "AMAZED" when we make a few smart tweaks to their current nutritional/hydration program and incorporate a solid Recovery Program. Most of my athletes get results within the first day that solve a pain point they've been struggling with for months.
It's not rocket science.
What it is is sheer understanding of how the human body actually works, and knowing how to leverage the already awesome systems the it possesses to get the desired results.
Writing a training program is simple. Following a training program is simple.
What is hard, is recognizing that your current path is NOT yielding the results you want AND THEN TAKING IMMEDIATE ACTION TO CORRECT IT. What is hard is surrendering the ego to remain teachable and coachable.
