Integrity comes from holding yourself accountable for what comes out of your mouth. It's DEMONSTRATING action that is in alignment with your words. It's showing that you can be counted on to follow through with what you say-no matter who's watching you, or checking in on you, or not.
It's understanding that while priorities may change, your spirit and commitment doesn't. It's grasping the fact that flaking out is not cool, and demanding from yourself a higher standard and way of living.
It's adhering to your commitments and proving that you will take the initiative and get it done come hell or high water-no matter if it's convenient, or if you feel like it or not.
STRAIGHT TALK FROM YOUR COACH: Complaining that people can't be trusted or allowing your own laurels to slip and match the culture’s is lazy, cowardly, and destructive-to yourself and others. YOU MUST BE THE CHANGE YOU WISH TO SEE IN THE WORLD, NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE ELSE SAYS OR DOES.
COACH'S CHALLENGE: This Week Is All About Maintaining Integrity With Your Own Health Habits. Specifically, that you are demonstrating the actions you want your Clients to take. Meal Prep, Water Intake, EFA's, Stretching After A Session...pick SOMETHING. HOLD YOURSELF ACCOUNTABLE and put in the work.
Hustle while they party. Grind while they sleep. Results require no explanation. Put your nose to the grindstone and get $#!+ done.
