Saturday Straight Talk: INTUITIVE DECISION MAKING

Today's Topic Is:  INTUITIVE DECISION MAKING

I have never met nor read about a successful person who did not utilize their intuition when making a decision.

Each of these people, when asked how they knew what to do; describes it as “I just had a feeling” or it “just seemed right.”

Intuition:  a sense given to everybody; yet one that is EASILY diminished in the hub-bub of everyday. It is like a muscle; and must be exercised to be developed.

Early on, intuitive living and decision making is plain out weird.  Weird for you.  Weird for your family, friends and acquaintances; unless they are also highly intuitive.

As it’s developing, intuitive “promptings” (which some may call the Holy Spirit) come completely out of left field, and as you learn how to sharpen this keen tool in conjunction with your life experiences and wisdom, may manifest themselves as bordering on “predictive.” ...And until you learn what to do with that, it feels like you’re PLAIN NUTS.  For real.

Intuition typically guides you to doing what is RIGHT; not what is EASY.

The Good News is that doing what is right greatly and positively impacts others.

The Bad News is that it can also have some rough consequences for you as a leader, particularly when those intuitive decisions go against the grain.

Be Encouraged:  FACTS, DATA AND ODDS RATIOS CANNOT COMPETE WITH THE HIGH LEVEL OF DISCERNMENT YOUR INTUITION PROVIDES. PERIOD.

In time, you'll come to trust your intuition 100%-and so will your Circle of Influence.

Until next time,
Hustle while they party.  Grind while they sleep. Results require no explanation. Put your nose to the grindstone and get $#!+ done.
