As women, we form this sickening preoccupation with the numbers on the scale (aka The Crying Machine). Sure, our body weight is taken into consideration with our health and wellness, but the numbers on the scale are completely relative.
Wanna know something ironic? I've NEVER met a woman who does not know this fact; yet I've met very few women who honestly hold this concept as a core belief.
As a Coach, I cannot remember requesting any of my clients to weigh themselves (but they usually do it on their own anyway!). Everyone's weight can vacillate on a day to day basis-and I find that lability creates a lot of unnecessary drama and anxiety with women.
