Turn Your Weaknesses Into Strengths
"My attitude is that if you push me towards something that you think is a weakness, then I will turn that perceived weakness into a strength."
~Michael Jordan
Anyone who has achieved greatness in any area-if prompted to think about it-started out working in the areas of their strength.
But look at any Champion and they will tell you that eventually, that particular strength will only take you so far. Weaknesses become like a blaring hole of vulnerability to attack, pain, injury, defeat and a whole host of other untoward consequences.
So when it comes to Training (in any area) you must expose your weaknesses, correct any problematic areas and work like MJ to make them your strength.
Nobody likes having their weaknesses and vulnerabilities exposed. NO ONE.
Exposing your weaknesses will put you on the same level of Bambi on the ice.
You'll be COMPLETELY out of your comfort zone, will fall down numerous times, end up in a few snowbanks, wonder why nobody else seems to be having as hard of a time, and will be completely dumbfounded as to why you're able to succeed at so many other things that are WAY harder and more complex-yet here you are-Falling flat on your culo.
Here's What You Need To Know: Everything Is A Training Ground.
You see, there's physical training and there's mental training.
Whatever it is that you're setting out to do, the Mental Mastery Is Just As Important As Physical Mastery of any skill.
So yes, there is mental grooming that goes along with the Training Process (hence the name Champion MINDSET Training), and they shouldn't be overlooked.
Surrendering your ego to expose your vulnerabilities, and the patience it takes to remain humble, teachable, coachable and perseverant throughout the Training Process is developing you in ways that you don't always recognize at the moment.
I guarantee you this: it will come to serve you in unexpected and powerful ways as you move forward.
So when you look at it-it's The Champion Trio of physical, mental and heart training that makes a Champion a Champion, and every person who coaches or trains with us Strong As Fug.
