Let's get to the meat and potatoes of why we don't call them "cheat meals."

Around here, we believe that your words create your reality.  

You may be asking what that means, but in a nutshell:  Everything you say literally programs your brain on the subconscious level.

Ok, Great.  We're Back.  We're talkin about why we don't call them "cheat meals."

HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

We believe your words your words create your reality.

Second, (this is the advanced coaching portion) your subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between fantasy and reality.  It takes you LITERALLY.  

By your saying, "Cheat Meal," you are literally programming your subconscious mind of two things:

1)  You're cheating.

2)  It's ok to cheat.

Believe it or not, this impacts how you roll when it comes to Health, Fitness and Nutrition, AND EVERY AREA OF YOUR LIFE. 

We REFUSE to participate in that. 

What we do is set you up for success from the get, and leverage the power of your subconscious mind to develop the Champion in you. 

When it comes to eating foods "off the grid" of your Nutrition Program, we work with you and teach you the how and when to use them in a strategic way to achieve your fitness goals and also maintain a social life.  

FYI:  We call these "Metabolic Challenge Meals," or "Refeed Meals."   When used in conjunction with your Training Program, these meals function to replenish your glycogen stores and maintain anabolism.  

When strategically placed, these meals allow you to snap straight back on without any regression and cause an acceleration of your metabolism to burn fat and achieve greater aesthetic and athletic performance results.
