You Win With Heart

Have you ever heard the expression, "Their heart's not in the game?"

The same can be said when it comes to committing ourselves to a goal.

Often, we see people taking on a new challenge-cleaning up their diet, starting a new exercise program, establishing and living within a budget, etc.  They start out super strong, but after a few weeks, they've lost the spark in their eyes; and no longer give full effort. Eventually, they become inconsistent with the activities of their new routine/program, until they eventually abandon it.

Why?

Because their heart's not in it.

CRITICAL COACHING CONCEPT:  You Win With Heart.

First- Nothing Is Hard When Your Heart's In It.

Second- Permanent Change Occurs At The Level Of The Heart.

When goals are set for reasons such as mere aesthetics, to impress someone, or to avoid pain; change occurs at a superficial level.  There is no true commitment, as evidenced by lack of accountability, initiative and follow through.

Why?

Because your heart isn't in the game. Ultimately, regression to previous habits, behaviors or ways of thinking is inevitable.

But when you play with heart, you take your game to a totally different level!

Here, we see accountability, initiative and follow-through, despite obstacles or adversity. Regression to previous habits, behaviors and ways of thinking is NOT an option.

Why? Because motives for the change are rooted in a greater good, and there is 100% commitment.

Here's the simple Truth: You Win With Heart.
