SIMPLE, DELICIOUS AND NUTRITIOUS 

It’s called Oatmeal SURPRISE because it has 2 ingredients you may not have thought would go together:  Oatmeal & Chicken. 

I KNOW IT SOUNDS CRAZY, BUT CHECK THIS OUT: 

Oatmeal & Chicken can be seasoned to be either sweet or savory.

Why not combine them to make a delicious Power Meal that’ll keep you energized for HOURS?

INGREDIENTS: 

1/2 C Rolled Oats (dry measure)

1 C H2O

1 Tbsp Peanut Butter

5 oz cooked chicken breast (plain or seasoned with cinnamon), cubed

1/3 C raspberries 

Stevia 

 

DIRECTIONS: 

1) Prepare Oatmeal according to package.

2) Mix in Stevia and peanut butter. Add chicken & raspberries.
