Nichole has first responder experience as a Flight Nurse and over 20 years of experience as an Emergency/Critical Care Nurse and EMS Instructor.  

Fueled by her passions for well-being and continuous growth, Nicki has taken her expertise of human physiology and coupled it with her renowned Champion Mindset Success Coaching to assist others in developing permanent lifestyle changes.

As a National Level NPC Figure Competitor, Nicki lives the lifestyle she teaches; and provides private, group and agency consultation on personal goal-setting, life priorities, nutrition and physical fitness, and offers powerful coaching strategies to spawn action.

Nicki has been requested to present to the Region 8 Trauma System, International Fire Chiefs Association, Illinois Fire Service Institute, Illinois Fire Chiefs Association, Dell Webb Communities, and various Schools throughout Illinois.
